Conditioning

Our focus on strength and conditioning is one of the primary philosophies that distinguishes TAPA from other dance studios and schools.  The technique of a dancer is directly proportional to the strength he or she has to maintain it.  And while we strongly believe that is a dancer’s responsibility to work outside the studio to increase and maintain their strength and flexibility, we also build core conditioning principles into our classes.

Our greatest passion is to see healthy dancers who remain injury free and enjoy dance for life.  We encourage that through strength and flexibility classes, muscle activation class and pre-pointe conditioning classes.
